Great stay. Great welcome.
We were very satisfied with our stay. Everything was perfect: the accommodation, the hosts, the facilities, the location of the accommodation which allows many visits around the region. Tim and Vanessa are welcoming and friendly hosts. The gite is modern and all appliances and facilities are in excellent condition. We loved the pool and spent the late afternoon there every day! We visited the coast at Royan, about 45 mins drive - fabulous spot, and Saintes, about 20 mins drive away, is very pretty with plenty of restaurants. I was delighted with everything about this stay. The hosts are attentive and discreet. The landscaped property is lovely. It is quiet and the other guests are very respectful. The facilities offered are very good (bedding, swimming pool, games etc...). Even in this period of Covid, my stay was pleasant thanks to the sanitary measures taken by Vanessa and Tim. Thanks to them for everything.

We rented Chèvrefeuille for two weeks, very spacious, functional, everything that we needed was present in the gîte. The bedrooms were very pleasant , very clean. Very comfortable bedding. Exceptional gite and we enjoyed every inch of it. We had our 2 granddaughters (6 and 3 years old) who enjoyed the large space and the heated pool. It was not difficult to get in! Both inside the gite and outside, everything has been done for the comfort of the holidaymakers, down to the last detail. Vanessa and Tim are simply charming and very attentive and ready to respond to our requests. We had everything we needed for a great week with the sun shining down on us. And for the catering, we ordered deliveries directly from Leclerc in Pons and Picard from Cognac. With the possibility of several gites, we were able to spend this week with a family friend (with 2 children, aged 4 and 1). Excellent stay in a beautiful and quiet setting. Ideal to recharge your batteries. The owners are welcoming, helpful, friendly and a good source of advice for visits in the region, but always very discreet. The gite is very well equipped, decorated with care, comfortable and very clean. It has a pleasant private terrace. The swimming pool is also very clean and has plenty of sunbeds and a shady area to enjoy it. The place is suitable for young children but older children can also relax there (table tennis, table football, trampoline, books, DVD). We highly recommend this property, great accommodation and environment. We especially appreciated the facilities for children as well as the heated swimming pool, this was a great perk for our family. Mr and Ms Westacott are very welcoming and accommodating, we would gladly stay at this cottage again. We loved our stay in the gîte Myosotis.We appreciated the beautiful and quiet location (perfect for recharging batteries), the beautifully maintained gardens and lovely heated swimming pool.
The daughters of the German family, staying next to us, really enjoyed the playgarden for toddlers.
The owners are very flexible and welcoming. They have provided lots of information on places to be discovered in the near surroundings.The gîte was super clean, spacious for two people, and very well equipped (fully equipped kitchen and lots of closet space in the bedroom).
The location is perfect for discovering Pons, Saintes, Les Lapidiales (Port d’Envaux), Cognac, Royan, Talmont-sur-Gironde, Angoulême. We even made a day trip to Ile d’Oléron (1,5 h drive).Thank you for the lovely stay!

Our stay at Tim and his wife's gîte, Pâquerette, went wonderfully well, there were 6 of us including 1 child and we loved our week in this beautiful gite. The gite is very bright and spacious, the rooms are very nice, there is a large kitchen, two nice bathrooms, and the gite is very comfortable. Outside the gite we enjoyed the large swimming pool, our lovely terrace and the very good games room that the gite offers. The only small negative point is that the gite is far from the supermarkets (about 8km from the nearest one) so we had to drive back to do our shopping. Apart from that the whole stay was great!
